Rules and Regulations for working with Nekkid.Net/NekkidAlternative.com

When you work in a business like ours, there has to be some rules for you to follow just to keep things legal and to make sure everyone has a good safe time. These rules are non-negotional and must be adhered to by everyone. If you have any questions please feel free to email us at webmistressv@yahoo.com.

  1. There must be NO bestiality, child pornography, rape or violence, and scat content of any form (images, stories, and or videos) on the site. Any animation/cartoon site that depicts child porn will be considered child porn. Lying about your age to claim to be underage even if you are not is considered child porn. Nekkid.Net/NekkidAlternative.com have a zero tolerance policy for such content.
  2. You can not advertise yourself or your site as "Nudist" in any form including the meta tags.
  3. You can not advertise or use the words Celebrities or Celebs in any form including the meta tags.
  4. There cannot be any language on the website whereby the customer must agree that they are not a law enforcement official or postal inspector.
  5. Everyone appearing in any image on your site must have a model release form and a copy of their photo ID on file with Nekkid.Net.
  6. If you wish to have your site removed you must request it in writing. We can also put your accounts and site on hold for up to 3 business days if you wish while we wait for the letter. You do not need to provide a reason if you do not wish to.
  7. You must provide us a signed copy of your release form by either fax or snail mail. It must also include a legible photo copy of a photo ID that states either your age or birthdate. We will not be able to begin anything until we have those on file.
  8. Failure to update your site with new content within a 2 month period will result in a warning. Failure to update within 30 days following the warning will result in your site and accounts being put on hold without pay.
